The fourth playing of the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic is set to begin Friday, August 15^th, at Wildhorse Golf Course in Pendleton, Ore., as they seek a new champion in this week’s special event. Here are some names that will look to add themselves to the list of 2025 Epson Tour winners:

Sophia Schubert

Sophia Schubert may be a veteran on the LPGA and Epson Tours, but she is still seeking her first win of the 2025 season on the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA. The 2017 U.S. Women’s Amateur winner joined the Epson Tour in 2019 and the LPGA in 2022. Schubert has had a stellar season, making 14 out of 15 cuts, securing five top ten finishes, and a low round of 63. The University of Texas alumna is No. 5 in the Race for the Card as she heads into the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic, coming off a T5 finish at the Four Winds Invitational, looking for a win with only five attempts left in the 2025 Epson Tour season.

Erika Hara

Hara is in her rookie season on the Epson Tour. The Japan native has recorded an impressive seven top-10 finishes throughout her young professional career and is looking for a strong finish this week to work towards jumping in the Race for the Card standings, currently ranked No. 6. The 26-year-old has made 14 cuts in 14 starts, and has earned two second-place finishes at the Great Lakes Championship at the Highlands presented by Johnnie Walker and the Greater Toledo Classic hosted by Stacy Lewis. This week in Pendleton, Ore., marks the penultimate stretch of the 2025 season. Hara is looking to continue her streak and bring home her first professional career win on the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA as she gets set to compete at Wildhorse Golf Course.

Anne Chen

Anne Chen is in the home stretch of her sophomore campaign on the Epson Tour, working towards the potential of clinching her LPGA Tour card for the 2026 season. The Duke University graduate has made 12 cuts in 15 starts this season, posting four top-10 results and a low round of 65. The 24-year-old sits at No. 23 in the Race for the Card standings coming off two consecutive top ten finishes at the Greater Toledo Classic hosted by Stacy Lewis and the Four Winds Invitational. After missing the cut in the 2024 rendition of the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic, Chen is eager to compete this week out West, as every week is more important as she looks to climb the Race for the Card leaderboard and find herself inside the top 15 before the season’s close.

Samantha Wagner

This LPGA and Epson Tour veteran has proven herself over the years, collecting 20 top-10 results in her Epson Tour career, and continued to do so this season, having secured her first Epson Tour victory at the 2025 FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship. Wagner has made 11 cuts in 14 starts this season, six consecutive, and is eager for another win this week to lock up her spot in the top-15 in the Race for the Card standings to potentially clinch her LPGA Tour card for the 2026 season. The University of Florida alumna is looking to build off of a successful past at Wildhorse Golf Course as she prepares to compete at the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic after a top-five finish in the 2024 season.
